We had a problem with a creature scurrying around in the attic. Tom arrived promptly at the time he said he would and was polite and friendly. He was very professional and clearly had a good deal of experience in various aspects of pest control. First he checked the exterior of the property to ascertain if there were any obvious points of entry that could be pointed out as an area for concern. He then thoroughly checked the attic space and based on the evidence suggested that the creature was probably a squirrel. He laid a suitable baited cage trap and advised on how often we should check it and how long it may take for the squirrel to be caught. When the squirrel went in the trap one evening I called Tom and he was able to call in the next morning to retrieve it. He also gave advice on precautions to take to deter further similar visitors. Overall, he gave excellent service at a reasonable price and I would definitely recommend Welsh Pest Control Services.

Came home from shopping on a Saturday afternoon to find a swarm of those noisy little black and yellow striped beggars in the eaves of the house, and our kitchen and bathroom full of them too. Called Tom at Welsh Pest Control after unsuccessfully trying a couple of other random companies, assuming we might be stuck until the Monday morning. However, he not only answered straight away but turned up at our house within 30 minutes of my call.
